As a retail sales associate, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth, learning, and teamwork. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging customers and providing assistance with products and services to ensure a tremendous customer experience * Registering sales on assigned cash registers, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested * Recommending products for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion products * Maintaining counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised state, taking inventory, and continuing facts * Testing in and pricing products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss * Guaranteeing compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems, and sale merchandise * Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on backside cabinets) * Providing customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image carrier, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise * Assuming net pickup obligations (monitors orders in photo care plus, fills orders, and provides orders to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store circumstances and appearance * Complying with all agency policies and approaches; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers * Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned **Education & Personal Development** As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to attend training and complete PPLs requested by your supervisor or assigned by the company.
