As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be leading a team of customer care professionals to deliver outstanding service to our customers. You'll be responsible for:- Leading, motivating, and developing a customer care team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensuring that resources are in place and trained to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Tracking and handling call volume for optimal efficiency.
- Maintaining the highest quality of service by monitoring employee-customer interactions and mentoring the team on how to improve.
- Applying policies, procedures, and guidelines appropriately and setting the example for interpersonal skills, work ethic, and judgment.

Requirements

- Four or more years of relevant work experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, it's even better if you have:- A degree in a relevant field.
- Customer service or call center experience, ideally with technical products or services.
- Leadership experience, preferably in customer service or a call center environment.
Where You'll Be Working
