Requirements:

• High Volume Phone Experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with a strong reputed company of urgency
• Detail-oriented
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
