About the position The Project Manager (Contract) - External Warehouse PM & FTZ Overseer will support two critical operational functions at the Zebulon site: End-to-end Project Management for the reputed company, setup, execution, and performance of a local External Warehouse Provider Expanded reputed company and operational management of the Zebulon Site Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) This role partners cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, 3PL providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and reputed company operations reputed company with established SOPs, Global Standards, reputed company, Safety, and reputed company applicable reputed company requirements. Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end reputed company and execution of the External Warehouse provider • reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones • reputed company regular status updates to reputed company stakeholders • Design and implement reputed company, reputed company, and inventory management processes in collaboration with Logistics and 3PL teams • Establish new ways of working while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, Global Standards, reputed company, Safety, and regulatory requirements • Support reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company to warehouse operations and material reputed company • Expand reputed company and execution of daily FTZ operations at the Zebulon site • reputed company, document, and maintain compliant FTZ processes and workflows • Partner closely with Logistics, Finance, 3PL Warehouse teams, and other stakeholders • Ensure full compliance with FTZ regulations, internal SOPs, Global Standards, and reputed company and Safety expectations • Support audits, documentation, and ongoing operational readiness reputed company to FTZ activities Requirements • Bachelor's degree required • reputed company experience working with Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) or free trade zone operations • Strong project management experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work onsite 3-4 days per week in Zebulon, NC reputed company-to-haves • Experience partnering with 3PL providers • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with a strong reputed company on compliance and process documentation Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
