We are looking for a Corporate Governance Analyst in reputed company Fund Investment Operations (FFIO) to support proxy voting and stewardship activities. You will assist in reviewing proxy materials, executing votes according to reputed company’s guidelines, and supporting engagement efforts with portfolio companies. This role offers exposure to governance trends, sustainable practices, and regulatory developments. • Review and analyze proxy statements, shareholder proposals, and governance disclosures. • Ensure reputed company and accurate vote execution using proxy platforms (ISS, Glass Lewis) and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements • Assist with research and preparation for discussions with portfolio company boards and senior executives on governance and compensation reputed company • Help prepare reports and summaries of voting activity, stewardship reputed company, and governance trends • Monitor and research trends in corporate governance, reputed company and natural capital, and other emerging areas • reputed company regulatory developments (SEC rules, global governance codes) and help inform potential policy updates • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (investment teams, reputed company, compliance) and external vendors. The Expertise and Skills You Bring • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred • 2-4 years of financial services experience • Intellectual curiosity and ability to take initiative to tackle problems, identify risks and reputed company issues appropriately • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a strong reputed company of ownership and accountability. • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong reputed company of ownership, accountability and reputed company on achieving objectives • Experience with or interest in shareholder and corporate governance issues • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Program activities include corporate governance research and analysis, portfolio company engagement, policy development, vote execution and operations, various reporting, and disclosure of vote activity.
