REQTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a reputed company position. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Negotiating credit terms for International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Credit Support Annex (CSA) and Global Master Repurchase (GMRA) agreements; Working with reputed company counterparties, including reputed company counsels, peer banks, and investors to analyze credit risk of clients; Monitoring industry developments and credit events reputed company U.S and Latin America markets; Performing financial statements and credit analysis using reputed company management systems, including assigning internal credit ratings and recommending credit limits based on the bank's risk appetite; Analyzing credit risks of emerging markets and U.S capital products and services including lending products, trade products, corporate finance offerings, financial markets business; Facilitating execution of transaction based upon knowledge of Latin America and U.S markets environment and regulations.
