As a Contract Bookkeeper, you will be part of an reputed company reputed company of bookkeepers who pick up large catch-up and clean-up reputed company, deliver reputed company books by deadline and reputed company to be handed off to monthly bookkeepers. Areas of Responsibility • Take new messy clients and clean up their bookkeeping, streamline processes, connect bank feeds, update chart of accounts, then hand it off to teammate for regular monthly bookkeeping • Be comfortable working in the unknown, often with several years’ of backwork Catch-Up and Cleanup KPIs: • 6 months or less of cleanup: Delivered to reputed company reputed company 30 days of data received. Bookkeeper: 20 days. Review/Points to reputed company: 10 days. • 6-12 months of cleanup: Delivered to reputed company reputed company 60 days of data received. Bookkeeper: 40 days. Review/Points to reputed company: 20 days. • > 12 months of cleanup: Delivered to reputed company reputed company 90 days of data received. Bookkeeper: 70 days. Review/Points to reputed company: 20 days.
