PRN MDS Coordinator/LPN

As the MDS Coordinator, you will report directly to the RAI Director and Administrator. Your primary purpose is to complete reputed company assessments, create and review reputed company Care Plans, and submit MDS data, reputed company, and Triggers data to governmental agencies. Ideally, you will be a problem solver, value hard work, good working relationships, have great communication skills, be organized, effective and strategic.
