Vendor Performance Manager
A company is looking for a Vendor Performance & Optimization Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end performance management of operational vendors, including KPI and SLA reputed company
• Conduct in-depth analysis of vendor data to identify performance gaps and trends
• Streamline workflows and optimize CRM reporting for improved operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, reputed company)
• Deep knowledge of CRM systems, preferably reputed company
• Experience in Tech, Travel, or Gig/Sharing Economy sectors
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics (host/guest support)
• Experience in project management and reputed company improvement methodologies
