The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in logging tools, and experience with post-processing and network audits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance LTE and 5G networks across reputed company. Key Responsibilities • reputed company RF optimization activities for reputed company LTE and 5G networks (NSA/SA, FDD & TDD). • Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and KPI-driven network enhancements. • Execute reputed company 5G trials and optimization, including advanced features like SRS Beamforming and throughput improvement. • Improve LTE/VoLTE performance through feature-based optimization and drop reputed company reduction. • Analyze syslogs, EMIL/DCAP logs, and TTI traces to resolve reputed company issues. • reputed company UE/eNB/gNB signaling analysis (UU, X2, S1) and utilize logging tools (QXDM, XCAL). • Use Actix for post-processing DT logs, KPI analysis, audits, and troubleshooting. • Conduct network design reviews, feature evaluations, and optimization trials.
