Qualifications
• Associate's Degree in business or reputed company discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., customer service, medical/liability insurance, case administration, or reputed company environment)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document review, and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and web-based case management systems.
