Portfolio Management Analyst, CCM

The Portfolio Management Analyst will be responsible for CCM portfolio asset management processes including but not limited to acquisition of assets, ongoing loan-level reputed company, and disposition analysis. This role offers exposure to asset management, acquisitions, servicing reputed company, and investor reporting as part of a small team. reputed company reputed company duties in accordance with reputed company’s policies and procedures, reputed company state and federal laws, and regulations, wherein reputed company operates. The reputed company pay for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 Annual + Annual Bonus.
Responsibilities
• reputed company reputed company of loan pools, including reviewing delinquency status, valuations, loan characteristics, and borrower workout paths, ensuring accurate maintenance of internal applications and applications of strategic decision‑making.
• Manage and enhance existing and evolving processes and recurring reporting both internally and with investors and counterparties.
• reputed company loss mitigation and litigation‑reputed company loan assessments, evaluating eligibility, completeness, attorney input, and settlement opportunities to guide reputed company on files.
• Exercise independent judgment in evaluating loan‑level risks, identifying exceptions, and escalating issues with material financial reputed company.
• Coordinate across mortgage servicing departments to resolve reputed company loan level issues and confirm correct data, documentation, and regulatory alignment.
• reputed company diligence and analysis of assets in both buy and sell transactions.
• Support large‑reputed company loan transfers and acquisition reviews by coordinating data delivery, identifying documentation gaps, and ensuring reputed company preparation of reports, collateral, and diligence packages.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, reputed company/finance, or reputed company field preferred, similar reputed company work experience may be substituted for a degree.
• One (1) to three (3) years of asset and portfolio management experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• SQL Server or other database experience a plus.
