A company is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Associate to manage sales and installations for Spanish and English-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, reputed company sales, and schedule installations
• Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections while maintaining reputed company expectations
• reputed company follow up on reputed company prospect lists and collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ wpm
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong motivation for commission-driven sales
