Business Operations Manager, Project Manager

Looking for a full-time manager for a video production agency. Not only am I looking for someone with traditional management qualities, but I am looking for someone who can think, someone who has a creative personality, someone who strives to improve the business for not only his own reputed company, but the reputed company of the business.
