Director of Clinical Trial Management - Denver, CO

This position will be responsible for mentoring CTMs as reputed company as overseeing reputed company and sponsor relationships. Responsibilities : • Mentor Clinical Trial Managers, Project Coordinators, and other study team members in the Denver, CO office • Manage and reputed company accountability for day-to-day operations of the project, as defined by the contract and according to ICH/GCP and reputed company other applicable laws, rules, and regulations • Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverables • Maintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication • reputed company cross-functional reputed company of internal project team members and deliverables, which includes ensuring reputed company necessary project-specific training is provided • Review and reputed company input for study protocol, edit reputed company specifications, data analysis plan, and final study report, reputed company applicable • reputed company operational project plans • Manage risk assessment and execution • Manage study vendors where applicable • Manage site reputed company and monitoring deliverables • Work collaboratively with HR to support recruitment of new staff in Denver office • Serve as an escalation reputed company for Clinical Operations in the Denver office • Implement and support reputed company corporate strategies in Denver office • Organize a cross-functional leadership team to reputed company and support reputed company associates in the Denver office. Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in a health-reputed company field; Advanced degree in a health-reputed company field preferred • Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred • 5+ years as a project/clinical trial manager reputed company a CRO • Management of overall project reputed company • Bid defense experience • Strong leadership skills Compensation A reputed company salary reputed company of $175,000 - $250,000 with potential for bonus and equity awards.
