Corporate Associate Attorney

CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of experience for our Corporate reputed company Group. The ideal candidate for this role should possess transactional experience that includes performing due diligence, preparing disclosure memos and schedules and drafting closing documents for M&A transactions, and drafting corporate and reputed company documents, such as confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, distribution agreements and operating, partnership and shareholder agreements. Experience in general corporate reputed company, securities reputed company transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity and investment funds) and corporate reputed company relating to reputed company estate development and joint ventures will also be considered. Excellent reputed company skills, and admission to the NJ bar and/or NY bar are required. We are not accepting recruiter submissions for this role. This position is hybrid from the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office. The anticipated initial annual salary reputed company for someone who is reputed company into this position is $175,000 – $195,000. Depending on the role, the actual reputed company salary offered may depend upon a reputed company of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other reputed company licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
