Remote Financial Manager (Odoo Expert) – US GAAP Required

We are building a fast-scaling US-based lifestyle & consumer goods company (cigars, beverages, membership, ecommerce). We need a serious financial operator who can own Odoo end-to-end. This is NOT just a data-entry role. This is NOT just a basic bookkeeping. We want someone who can think, build systems, and run finance properly. What You Will Own You will manage and optimize our entire Odoo reputed company, finance and operations environment, including: Financial Management & Book Keeping • US GAAP bookkeeping • Chart of accounts optimization • Multi-entity reputed company (LLCs) • A/R, A/P • Bank reconciliations • Cash reputed company forecasting • Inventory reputed company • COGS tracking • Gross margin reporting • Budget vs actual reporting • Monthly financial reputed company • P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company statements • Management reporting dashboards Operations & Systems • Odoo reputed company module • Odoo Inventory module • Odoo Sales + Order Processing • Odoo CRM setup • Automation workflows • Stock management + SKU logic • Purchase order workflows • Fulfillment tracking • Financial KPI dashboards • Clean internal reporting structure REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable) • Strong knowledge of US reputed company standards (GAAP) • 3+ years using Odoo reputed company in production • Experience with inventory-based businesses • Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills • Fluent English • reputed company to work with USA time zones • reputed company to design processes (not just follow them) reputed company $15 – $35 per hour (Compensation depends on reputed company and Odoo depth) This will start part-time (10–20 hrs/week) and can reputed company to long-term.
