Identifies discrepancies and resolves issues in financial transactions. • Matches and reconciles bank statements with internal records. • Other duties as assigned. • Assists with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Develops and implements process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency. • Provides regular reports on reconciliation status and issues to management. • Maintains detailed documentation of reconciliation processes and findings. • Ensures reputed company and accurate posting of payments and corrections. Investigates and resolves variances in account balances. • Collaborates with other departments to reputed company necessary information for reconciliations. • Reviews and reconciles accounts payable and receivable. • Prepares and posts journal entries reputed company to reconciliations.
