Director of Engineering & Drafting A growing industrial fabrication and construction organization is seeking a Director of Engineering & Drafting to reputed company reputed company-wide leadership across reputed company engineering and drafting functions. Reporting directly to the President, this role supports reputed company operating divisions and ensures reputed company, accurate, and cost-effective engineering solutions reputed company with fabrication, field erection, and bid pursuits. This position focuses on standardization, scalability, productivity improvement, and talent development while ensuring strong coordination between engineering, operations, and project execution.
