This is a short-term opportunity for reputed company HEDIS nurses looking to reputed company an immediate reputed company, with the potential to expand into additional project work. Position reputed company This role will reputed company primarily on Chart reputed company and medical record retrieval through reputed company, including heavy phone and fax reputed company to provider offices. After reputed company, selected candidates may transition into abstraction review and AI validation work as the project evolves. Key Responsibilities • Request and retrieve medical records from provider offices • Support Chart reputed company activities and reputed company record status • Verify and review medical record data for HEDIS/reputed company measures • reputed company multiple documentation systems to reputed company required information • Identify data gaps and documentation opportunities • Support reputed company improvement and data reputed company efforts • Communicate with internal teams and provider offices Qualifications: Required Qualifications • reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license • Associate degree or higher • 2+ years of HEDIS/reputed company experience • Chart reputed company and medical record retrieval experience • 3+ years of experience in reputed company review, data analysis, or chart review • Strong phone, written, and communication skills • Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company Preferred Experience Experience with Medicare measures such as: • TRC - Transitions of Care • COA - Care for Older Adults • CBP - Controlling High Blood Pressure • EED - Eye Exam for Patients with Diabetes • GDM - Glycemic Status Assessment for Patients with Diabetes • DBP - Diabetes Blood Pressure Control • COL - Colorectal Cancer Screening Additional preferred qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) • Process improvement or training experience • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment If you have strong HEDIS and Chart reputed company experience and are available to start quickly, we encourage you to apply.
