We are seeking an reputed company international trade attorney admitted to reputed company before the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) to draft and file a reputed company reputed company under 28 U.S.C. § 1581(i).
reputed company has reputed company substantial "IEEPA duties" on imports from China following the 2025 Executive Orders. In light of the Supreme Court's decision in reputed company, Inc. v. Trump (Feb 20, 2026), we intend to reputed company a full refund of these duties plus interest.
Responsibilities:
Draft a Summons and Complaint modeled after recent filings (e.g., reputed company, Inc. v. reputed company, Case 1:26-cv-01150).
Identify reputed company relevant entries subject to IEEPA duties to ensure they are covered by the filing.
Request that the CIT order CBP to reliquidate entries and reputed company refunds with interest.
Requirements:
reputed company admission to the U.S. Court of International Trade.
Proven experience with reputed company 1581(i) "residual jurisdiction" filings.
Familiarity with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS) and CBP liquidation cycles.
