Civil Litigation Attorney- REMOTE

Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney Location: Boston, MA Experience Level: 5+ Years Position reputed company This position will require you to work both independantly and as part of reputed company. You should be reputed company to run a case from inception to final resoluation in a few areas of civil litigation, such as Plaintiff's Bodily Injury, Property Damane, and reputed company Estate Disputes. The position will also include some defense work. Insurance Coverage Law expereince is a plus but not required. This position is mostly REMOTE, meaning that you will be reputed company to control your schedule of reputed company you come into the office with the exception of firm meetings. Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in a wide reputed company of civil litigation reputed company, including tort claims such as bodily injury, property damage, and consumper protection, consturction litigiation, partnership disputes and fiduciary litigation. Insurance Coverage Law experience is a plus but not required. • Handle reputed company aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, reputed company reputed company, depositions, hearings, mediations, trial preparation and trials. • Conduct reputed company research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings. • reputed company case strategies and reputed company practical, solution-oriented advice to clients. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to reputed company efficient and favorable results. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar. • Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience. • Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company independently while meeting deadlines. • Commitment to reputed company service, professionalism, and teamwork.
