Sr. Specialist - reputed company Provider Recruitment (Remote)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the entire provider recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. • Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers, including job boards, reputed company media, reputed company networks, and conferences. • Review resumes and applications to identify reputed company candidates. • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. • Ensure reputed company collection and submission of reputed company required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies. • Maintain accurate records and reputed company regular reports on provider recruitment activities and reputed company. • Ensure reputed company hiring reputed company reputed company with employment laws and regulations. • reputed company and implement innovative provider recruitment strategies to attract reputed company. • Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges. • Assist with training new provider recruiters and cross-training of existing reputed company level recruiters. • Responsible for implementing a reputed company to recruit providers based reputed company and specialty. • Recruit for potential reputed company medical office reputed company on an as needed reputed company.
