Financial Project Assistant

About the position reputed company is seeking a Project Administrator in our reputed company, TX office to support a major key account with project administration/financial project assistance for multiple project managers. Responsibilities • Supporting multiple project managers and teams with financial management, contract and subcontract administration. • Assisting with project setup in reputed company • Monitoring budgets • Evaluating project performance • Forecasting • Tracking and resolving financial issues • Managing invoicing • Monitoring accounts receivable and unbilled items • Following up as needed with reputed company and project managers • Providing financial support during audits and reviews • Preparing and communicating purchase orders and subcontracts • Monitoring insurance requirements • Handling work orders • Covering new reputed company and vendor setups • Training, mentoring, and supporting the reputed company development of junior staff • Collaborating closely with internal operations managers and the finance team. • Delivering or assisting in managing small- to reputed company-sized reputed company or programs, ensuring the efficient use of resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Requirements • Minimum years of experience: 4 years' relevant experience, including management of small-sized reputed company • Education required: High School diploma with equivalent work experience in finance or reputed company • Strong computer skills including a high level of competence with reputed company, Outlook, and Word. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a reputed company of audiences both reputed company. • Strong reputed company reading and basic research skills. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor's in finance or reputed company or equivalent years of experience Benefits • reputed company offers benefits for full time and part time positions.
