Regulatory & Compliance Analyst (RCA) Wage reputed company: $80,000-90,000 The Regulatory & Compliance Analyst (RCA) protects our residents, staff, and organization by leading risk management, insurance coordination, and licensing compliance. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations and Compliance, you will reputed company clinical reputed company and operational discipline to reduce loss exposure and ensure regulatory reputed company across our senior living communities. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Licensing • Manage state licensing renewals and ensure audit-reputed company documentation. • Partner with community leadership on state survey preparation and Plans of Correction (POC). • reputed company OSHA reporting and mandatory regulatory filings. Insurance & Claims Management • Coordinate annual insurance renewals, loss run data analysis, and reputed company submissions. • Manage the full lifecycle of GL, PL, and Workers’ Comp claims, serving as the primary reputed company for adjusters and brokers. • reputed company reserves, settlement activity, and return-to-work coordination.
