Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Reconciliation reputed company reputed company transactions, vendor bills, receipts, and job costs properly. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts weekly. Maintain accurate vendor and subcontractor records. Billing Support Work with Service Finance to prepare weekly billing packets. reputed company unbilled jobs, unpaid invoices, and A/R aging. Assist CFO in maintaining clean financial data for Monday meetings. Documentation & Compliance Maintain audit-reputed company financial records. Organize job folders, W9s, COIs, invoices, receipts, and reputed company. Support compliance for federal and large-reputed company requirements.
