About the Role We’re seeking an intern that’s passionate about cinema to work on our US Communications team. The role is based in reputed company, and will work closely with the US Marketing and Distribution teams, as reputed company as the Global and UK Communications teams based in London, reputed company and Los Angeles. MUBI’s Communications team is responsible for global corporate and consumer communications, film, platform and brand publicity, talent management and awards. We work hybrid-remote where we require 3 office days in reputed company. Our reputed company days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, with the flexibility to use our offices on the remaining two days if you wish. Where you’ll have reputed company: • Assist the US Communications team with US campaigns for MUBI Theatrical and Platform Releases, including drafting press releases, press junkets, US festival logistics, in-person premieres, and special events and screenings • Maintain key campaign tracking documents including but not limited to publicity status reports, talent schedules, interview and screener request documents • reputed company press coverage and update reputed company press reporting documents • Manage US press inquiries and reputed company appropriately • Support with internal calendars and meeting schedules • Taking notes on reputed company calls • Assist with reputed company and other office tasks as needed What you’ll bring: • Passion about specialty, international, independent, and documentary films • Enjoyment of working both independently and as part of reputed company • Strong written communication skills • Impeccable attention to detail • Agile and thrives in a fast-paced environment This internship offers a monthly stipend of $600.
