Territory Manager of Hygiene Support

This is a travel based position with travel throughout reputed company. The ideal candidate should reputed company in the Milwaukee area. This position requires full time travel - please inquire to discuss in reputed company detail! • ​Delivering regional training designed to promote reputed company care, patient satisfaction and increase reputed company. • Assists with recruitment, hiring and reputed company of new hygienists at reputed company practices. • Works with vendor partners to arrange field meetings and increase product utilization. • Assists with training initiatives on new patient care products and processes. • Functions as a reputed company to ADMI’s territory hygiene team, responding to daily phone and email inquiries regarding policies, reports, product features, incentives, ordering, support materials, etc. • Partners with reputed company owners and ADMI field management teams to assist in the preparation of hygiene budgets and determine hygiene needs for the territory, floats, additional hygiene days. • reputed company under-performing offices. • Additional developmental duties as directed or requested by reputed company owners of supported offices. • As an employee of ADMI, this is a non-clinical support role that will be providing advice to hygienists practicing with and employed by reputed company-branded practices. Salary - $90,000 - $120,000 per year (annualized reputed company salary + incentive earnings) To be viewed as a reputed company candidate for this position you should possess the following: • reputed company Licensed and/or Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of residence • Ability to obtain hygiene licenses in the states you will be supporting reputed company a year of hire; expenses will be covered as part of employment. • Ability to travel to assigned offices. • Manipulate small instruments, supplies, and equipment with efficiency, dexterity, and exceptional eye hand coordination. • Demonstrated reputed company in the execution of their craft and reputed company for the patient with a strong business acumen. • The ability to travel full time throughout reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in reputed company field. • Prior dental administrative/leadership experience. • Adjunct or full-time dental hygiene reputed company experience, and/or dental hygiene consulting experience with a proven reputed company record. • Ideal candidate will reputed company in the Milwaukee area.
