GIS Mapping Specialist for State Permit Application
We are seeking a skilled GIS Mapping Specialist to assist with a state permit application. We need a map at a reputed company of at least one inch equals 400 feet, showing the area reputed company one quarter mile of the proposed site’s boundaries with the following identified if reputed company:
- The Property lines of the entire property where the site will be located
- reputed company areas and distances to reputed company, residences, wetlands and water bodies, and descriptions of any reputed company requirements by local government zoning regulations o Existing land use and zoning
- Location of reputed company private residences, reputed company and industrial buildings, reputed company or private utilities, roads, and schools
- On-site easements
- Location of potable reputed company and reputed company water supplies
- Historic sites described
- State nature and historic preserves
- The existing topography and features of the site including general surface water drainage patterns and watersheds, 100-year floodplains, perennial and intermittent streams, rivers, and lakes
- The classification of the surface water drainage from the site
