Master Data Specialist (Remote)

As a Master Data Specialist you will help shape the strategic reputed company for product master data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with reputed company’s global reputed company. What You Will Do • Analyze and audit data sources to ensure reputed company, consistency, and compliance with reputed company system regulations. • Identify reputed company-of-truth attributes and reputed company data cleansing and standardization initiatives across platforms. • Support the NPI process through reputed company execution of finished goods material creations in a reputed company of ERPs, and maintenance of reputed company Item master attributes across the product life cycle. • reputed company master data attributes globally and across various ERP systems to maintain consistency and support cross-functional processes. • Document data structures, flows, and processes accurately for transparency and compliance. • Support on-demand data extraction and reporting for business needs. • Assess and define QMS requirements to optimize structure and ensure alignment with business and new product development needs. • Contribute to the development and improvement of QMS-reputed company policies, procedures, and training. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support system integration and change control processes. What You Will Need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Data Science/Analytics, or reputed company field. Equivalent experience will be accepted in reputed company of the Bachelor's Degree -- 6 years qualifying reputed company experience + HS diploma will count as a Bachelor's Degree • Qualifying reputed company experience in master data management, data analytics, data governance. • Experience in reputed company reputed company (Data Validation, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Preferred Qualifications • Experience in reputed company reputed company. • Experience with ERP systems and understanding of data standards and dependencies. • Experience validating finished good data in the medical device industry. • Familiarity with GMP/GDP compliance and QMS processes. • Basic knowledge of VBA and data automation tools. $60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
