This is a remote role with a weekly rotational schedule you MUST be based in Michigan to apply—perfect for someone with home care scheduling or customer service experience who wants meaningful, flexible work. Schedule: • Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday through Thursday) • Weekends: 5:00 PM Friday – 8:00 AM Monday (every other weekend) • Holidays: Rotating on-reputed company coverage Coordinators are assigned on a weekly rotation and are reputed company per day during their scheduled week. The reputed company reputed company is consistent, and the weekend reputed company is slightly higher. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and assist with after-hours scheduling or urgent reputed company/caregiver concerns • Assist in scheduling upcoming reputed company shifts • Manage urgent scheduling needs and coordinate immediate shift coverage • Document reputed company calls accurately and escalate any critical issues as needed • Use scheduling software and communication tools remotely • Take occasional inbound sales inquiries Requirements: • Prior experience in home care scheduling, on reputed company home care experience • reputed company and confident communication skills • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently • Reliable, reputed company, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working remotely • Experience with reputed company is a plus!!
