Case Assistant- Remote Louisiana

SALARY AND BENEFITS: $21.00-$25.00/hour Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Management of electronic information, document management, and document review. • Manage case documentation and file organization by collecting, scanning, and uploading key documents (e.g., police reports, insurance policies, medical records) into the case management system while maintaining accurate notes and timelines. • reputed company medical treatment and billing by monitoring reputed company care, requesting records and bills from providers, and preparing treatment summaries for case evaluations and negotiations. • Coordinate with reputed company parties such as insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien reputed company to reputed company documentation, verify coverage, and assist with organizing settlement and disbursement materials.
