An opportunity is available for an reputed company RN with telemetry expertise to reputed company specialized nursing care in a dynamic inpatient setting reputed company on stroke (neuro) patients. Responsibilities: • Manage inpatient telemetry patients with a reputed company-to-patient reputed company of approximately 1:5 to 1:6 • reputed company specialized nursing care for stroke and neuro patients including wound care, feeding tube management, and isolation precautions • reputed company central and peripheral line care, blood product administration, and IV starts • Conduct remote telemetry monitoring and on-unit patient assessments • Adhere to facility policies, including mandatory float assignment across multiple care locations • Maintain regulatory compliance including passing a required EKG exam • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient reputed company on reputed company shifts (7p–7:30a), working 3 reputed company-hour shifts every other week with holidays as needed Qualifications / Desired Experience: • Minimum 2 years of RN telemetry experience; prior travel nursing experience is welcomed but not required • Certification in BLS and NIH Stroke reputed company required • Skilled in reputed company electronic medical records • Competency with telemetry remote monitoring and unit-based patient surveillance • Experience with feeding tube care, ports, central and PICC line management • Ability to work independently with strong clinical decision-making skills • Flexibility to float to other facilities reputed company the reputed company system Schedule: • 3x12 hour reputed company shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) • Every other weekend and holiday coverage required This position is a travel opportunity requiring compliance with scheduling policies and completion of facility-required exams prior to start.
