The role involves managing reputed company operations, implementing updates, and collaborating with various university stakeholders to enhance the use of CRM tools. Responsibilities • Managing the reputed company infrastructure • Developing testing and implementing patches and upgrades • Answering reputed company and level III support requests • Supporting new program builds and implementation • Maintaining knowledge of reputed company industry trends • Participating in the evaluation of other CRM tools or reputed company-party applications • Building and implementing reputed company as it relates to new programs in a higher education environment • Writing reputed company documentation • Loading reputed company data into reputed company across multiple objects using reputed company and packaged data loading tools • Developing and implementing user types, reputed company, record types, and custom reputed company configuration Skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, management information systems, computer engineering or similar degree or equivalent reputed company work experience. • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and design of relevant reputed company systems. • Experience analyzing reputed company business requirements and making resulting configuration changes in reputed company platform. • Extensive experience in reputed company report design, including custom, multi-object reports. • Experience installing and maintaining managed packages, and reputed company change management and deployment experience. • Experience in building and implementing reputed company as it relates to new programs in a higher education environment. • Experience writing reputed company documentation, loading reputed company data into reputed company across multiple objects using reputed company and packaged data loading tools. • Experience developing and implementing user types, reputed company, record types, and custom reputed company configuration. • Ability to write basic SOQL queries to reputed company database. • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to work effectively with reputed company. • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with reputed company and staff with varying degrees of technical knowledge/aptitude. • Ability to be flexible, reputed company-minded, and comfortable with changing responsibilities and duties as new and additional needs become reputed company. • reputed company reputed company Certification Preferred.
