**Job Summary**
The HR Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for managing the export and upload of performance-related documents for arenaflex's corporate population. This role demands careful consideration of sensitive information related to employee performance, and we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Access employee performance-related data and export as PDF documents
* Ensure naming conventions of generated files follow expected formats
* Import documents to employee records, ensuring that each document contains data pertaining only to that record
* Monitor and track tasks assigned while auditing for accuracy
* Perform all other duties as assigned by the HR team
**Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of experience supporting employee records maintenance, preferably in roles such as:
+ HR Shared Services
+ Employee Transaction Management
+ Master Data
+ Accounts Payable/Receivable
+ Quality Assurance
+ Records keeping
* Strong attention to detail and ability to correct potential issues within defined guidelines or process
* Self-audits work to ensure accuracy and adherence to service level agreements
* Ability to organize high volumes of work in a logical way to ensure efficient processing of information
* Ability and knowledge of how to manage confidential information
* Strong desktop computer skills, including:
+ Effective navigation of web-based solutions
+ Use of MS Office suite for routine tasks like email, managing spreadsheets, and word processing
