Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a passion for delivering exceptional service, and we're excited to welcome like-minded professionals to our team. **Job Summary** As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. You'll work closely with our service technicians and customers to ensure seamless communication, efficient job scheduling, and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
