**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Two years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Reliable high-speed internet, with a stable ethernet connection and a speed test that meets our requirements
* A laptop or PC in good condition, with a specifications report that meets our minimum requirements
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
* Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus, but not required
