As a Chat Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Responsibilities** As a Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments. * Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services. * Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. **Qualifications** To be successful as a Chat Specialist, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications simultaneously. * Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple chats and tasks at once. * A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. * A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position. **Requirements** To apply for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. * Live within the state listed in the posting (Corpus Christi, TX). * Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. * Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $13 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
