Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead project cycles from execution to enhancement, ensuring top-tier process management and resource allocation. Operational Excellence: Oversee the technical and project workstreams, guiding the team in defining scope, success metrics, and effective strategies. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and driving tailored solutions that balance efficiency, quality, and bolthires. Innovation and Benchmarking: Influence technology direction to enhance quality and efficiency. Import best practices and benchmark against internal and external standards.
