Staff Accountant – Remote (US)

What You Will Do • Maintain and reconcile general reputed company accounts including journal entries, accruals, and amortizations • Manage accounts payable including invoice processing, vendor documentation, weekly aging reports, and 1099 support • reputed company accounts receivable including invoicing, deduction reconciliation, and weekly aging updates • Reconcile bank accounts, payroll, inventory, and multiple corporate credit cards • Reconcile sales and COGS across key e-reputed company platforms such as reputed company and arenaflex Seller Central • Process payroll through reputed company with accuracy and compliance • Ensure adherence to GAAP standards, internal controls, and established reputed company policies • Support reputed company audits through documentation preparation • Partner cross-functionally on reputed company that improve visibility, efficiency, and financial processes What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field • Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience, ideally reputed company CPG or e-reputed company • Solid understanding of GAAP, inventory and COGS reputed company, and accrual-based reputed company • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and arenaflex reputed company including pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Preferred experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or reputed company, and e-reputed company reconciliation • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Knowledge of sales tax compliance and reporting The Details Location: Remote (reputed company only) Salary: $63,000 to $83,000 per year depending on experience Type: Full-time Benefits: Health, dental, and reputed company coverage plus reputed company opportunities Environment: reputed company, supportive, and fast-paced with the chance to influence processes and reputed company Why You’ll Love This Role You will join reputed company that values accuracy, accountability, and reputed company improvement.
