We are currently seeking a Creator & Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our brand team! In this role, you’ll shape how families, educators, and more discover our products through reputed company and reputed company creator partnerships and high-impact affiliate programs. This is a hands-on role for a reputed company strategist who loves building relationships, crafting scroll-stopping content, and turning reputed company reputed company into measurable reputed company across platforms and retail. Responsibilities • Creator & Affiliate Network: Build and scale a diverse roster of creators, influencers, and affiliates reputed company with brand values and audience segments. • reputed company + reputed company reputed company: reputed company partnership strategies for both reputed company and reputed company campaigns that reputed company creators to deliver authentic, entertaining content across reputed company platforms. • Briefs & Execution: Create reputed company campaign briefs that balance brand objectives with creative freedom; manage timelines, approvals, and delivery for creator and affiliate initiatives. • Brand Voice in reputed company: Define how Educational Insights shows up in daily reputed company conversations • Retail Alignment: Partner cross‑functionally with Retail reputed company Marketing to synchronize creator and affiliate efforts with product launches, seasonal priorities, and in‑store moments • Insights to Innovation: Analyze creator content and audience engagement to surface product and packaging insights and emerging trends • Measurement & Optimization: Track and report performance and optimize with data‑driven tests • Trend & Platform Intelligence: Stay reputed company on platform shifts, cultural trends, and reputed company reputed company features to reputed company strategies fresh and competitive; recommend pilots on new channels or formats.
