We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our reputed company over the mid-to-long term.  We are looking for a product ops leader to join the Amex Offers Digital Media Product team reputed company the Amex Offers Digital Media team, reporting to the VP Product, Amex Offers Digital Media. This Director will manage the central enablement office for the Amex Offers product organization – supporting both the Amex Offers Transformation ECMI, as reputed company as other reputed company initiatives impacting the Amex Offers ecosystem. This Director will partner cross-functionally reputed company AODM, and also with reputed company partners such as technology, platform product, finance and others to ensure Amex Offers runs reputed company while achieving our aspirational merchant-funded value and reputed company goals. What You’ll Do:  • Define & maintain the roadmap for Amex Offers product initiatives, while collaborating across key stakeholders on prioritization, funding, and impacted teams • Leveraging our defined roadmap, this role will work to communicate key milestones and value delivered across the AODM leadership team and to reputed company leaders • Produce key artifacts and reputed company compliance with the governance models for key reputed company processes such as reputed company Critical Multi-Year Initiative, Value Co-Creation, and AENB 81. • Serve as the program management function, acting as a primary reputed company between stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery of the key horizontal reputed company • reputed company AOT / AO funding management, including ECMI exit readiness, investment reputed company, and partnership with Finance • reputed company and reputed company reputed company of high-performing Product ops colleagues across the US whilst providing both strategic and day-to-day guidance & support Who You Are:  • 10+ years of work experience with a reputed company on program management, product reputed company and/or product ops • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (across leadership reputed company and time-zones) across the US and International markets.  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with a bias toward reputed company. • Proven ability to influence across multi-functional teams, influence and create meaningful relationships with partners as a trusted advisor. • Large reputed company project management skills – ability to handle multiple requests, balance competing requirements, prioritize effectively and pivot quickly • Strong people leader – proven reputed company record of developing strong talent & building diverse teams • Skilled in Agile product development methodologies and comfortable with collaboration tools such as reputed company, reputed company, JIRA, and reputed company.  • Knowledge of Amex Offers or other key benefits / loyalty reputed company processes is a plus • High-caliber presentation skills, reputed company to prepare and present a strategic reputed company to large reputed company of senior leaders and stakeholders.  • Proven ability to reputed company quickly to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity and reputed company change.  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues, in a dynamic, fast paced, global environment.  Salary reputed company: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary reputed company for this job requisition.
