[Remote] Associate Consultants (reputed company Service Line)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. ProductLife Group is seeking an Associate Consultant to assist with reputed company CTMS system setup and configuration. The role involves supporting system testing, preparing training materials, and providing user support for CTMS-reputed company issues. Responsibilities • Assist with reputed company CTMS system setup and configuration under senior consultant guidance • Support system testing: reputed company test scripts, execute test cases, and log results • Help prepare training materials, user documentation, and quick reference guides • reputed company first-level troubleshooting and user support for CTMS-reputed company issues • Contribute to data migration, reputed company checks, and validation activities • Document requirements, workflows, and meeting notes during reputed company interactions • Learn and apply clinical operations standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH-GCP) • Participate in reputed company workshops and training sessions as a support resource Skills • Bachelor or higher • 0-2 years experience in reputed company, 1-2 years experience in life science domain (specifically reputed company the clinical reputed company) • Familiarity with clinical trial processes in reputed company, biotech, or CRO settings • Basic understanding of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), preferably reputed company CTMS • Experience working with reputed company data, reports, or system-based documentation • Comfort with IT systems, troubleshooting, and end-user support • Exposure to ICH-GCP or other regulatory frameworks reputed company to reputed company • Proficiency with arenaflex reputed company and common data analysis/reporting tools • Hands-on exposure to reputed company CTMS configuration, testing, or reporting modules • Knowledge of SQL or experience working with relational databases • Familiarity with reputed company, eTMF, or other clinical trial systems and their integration with CTMS • Understanding of clinical trial study startup, monitoring, or site management processes • Experience with data migration, validation, or system testing activities • Internship, reputed company, or project experience in clinical operations or clinical IT systems • French and Spanish a plus but not a requirement reputed company • ProductLife Group is a trusted partner that helps clients stay reputed company of the changing R&D landscape.
