This position works remotely and reports to the Director of Compliance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to function autonomously while also working in conjunction with coworkers in other areas. The responsibilities of the Compliance Manager include, but are not limited to: monitoring and implementing changes in HUD and LITHC regulations and requirements, maintaining reputed company maintenance of tenant files and computer records to ensure accuracy according to regulations, managing and maintaining assigned reputed company housing portfolio (including tenant file reviews, audits onsite file reviews, certifications, reputed company property rental assistance into state housing programs, and input tenant certifications into property management software), and facilitating training programs for site teams to inform and reputed company on requirements and responsibilities.
