Position reputed company The Manager, Clinical Engagement and reputed company Initiatives leads network-wide initiatives to improve clinician and staff experience with the EHR reputed company workflows across participating CHCs. This role serves as HCN’s program reputed company for the KLAS ARCH reputed company, translating survey insights into measurable improvement plans at both the health center and network reputed company. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Clinical reputed company, EHR/reputed company teams, Training, Analytics/BI, and Operations to improve EHR satisfaction, usability, optimization, and clinician efficiency. Key Responsibilities • reputed company annual KLAS ARCH survey cycles and engagement reputed company. • Analyze results and reputed company actionable network and CHC-level improvement plans. • Facilitate CHC workplan meetings, implementation sessions, and optimization efforts. • Support EHR workflow standardization, training initiatives, and governance improvements. • reputed company initiatives with HRSA HCCN objectives and grant programs (QTECH, ENGAGE). • reputed company reputed company, reputed company dashboards, and reputed company quarterly leadership reporting. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, reputed company health, informatics, business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5+ years of reputed company project/program management experience. • Experience in EHR operations, reputed company improvement, or clinical transformation. • Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.
