Bilingual Editor: BRITISHMust reside in USA1 year contract, 40 hours a week Digital People is seeking a strong editorial professional, U.S.-based, supporting British Market as it relates to content localization. This is a hands-on editing and quality control role, ideal for someone who cares deeply about language nuance, market relevance, and polished execution. What You’ll Do • Edit, rewrite, and review existing content • Ensure content is market-relevant for the UK, Australia, and Canada • Natural and human-sounding (not robotic localization) • Aligned with internal style guidelines • Optimized for LLM/AI discoverability • Serve as quality control for external content agencies • Provide clear, actionable editorial feedback (a key need for this team) Tools & Workflow • CMS experience required (WordPress + Contentful preferred, but any CMS is transferable) • Style guide provided • Editorial tools including EditGPT Ideal Background • Strong editorial foundation • Deep familiarity with British English language and culture • Has lived in, studied in, or worked closely with UK market • Must be U.S.-based • Market immersion strongly preferred If you’re a detail-oriented editor who understands the difference between translation and true localization, and you’re passionate about making content feel authentically British, apply today!
