Fractional Compliance Officer; In-House, Remote Engagement

Position: Fractional Compliance Officer (In-House, Remote Contract Engagement) Fractional Compliance Officer (In-House, Remote Contract Engagement) Latitude is seeking an experienced Fractional Compliance Professional for a remote contract engagement with one of its high growth fintech client. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the financial services sector, ideally in consumer lending, and be capable of implementing and overseeing compliance programs across payments, financial regulations, data privacy and operational risk management. Prior experience working in-house with a financial services company or in the financial services practice group of a mid‑ to large‑size law firm is highly preferred. Requirements • 10+ years of compliance experience, preferably in the financial services industry • Experience leading and developing regulatory and operational risk mitigation solutions and compliance risk management infrastructures • Experience developing and monitoring compliance policies and operational processes, risk control systems, and compliance audit programs • Outstanding references Position Details • Type of role: Contract Engagement • Schedule: Part‑time • Duration: 1‑3 months • Location: Remote Compensation Pay: Annualized pay ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand and the candidate’s preference. Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees and are eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week.
