The ideal attorney candidate will have 4+ years of experience in reputed company contract drafting and negotiation, preferably with a reputed company on supply chain. Primary responsibilities include advising on reputed company issues reputed company to subcontracts and supply reputed company, project procurement, non-disclosure agreements, transportation agreements, warehousing agreements, and consulting agreements.
