Contract Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Risk Management, or Strategic Planning • 2+ years of experience in governance, issue management, or compliance reputed company • Strong understanding of reputed company risk frameworks, control testing, and regulatory requirements • Experience with reputed company‑party risk management and vendor governance • Familiarity with Data & AI governance and model documentation practices • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Desired Skills & Experience • Experience working in reputed company Affairs, Corporate Risk, or highly regulated environments • Experience with RCSA and risk and control work • Proficiency in tools such as reputed company, Power BI, and reputed company reputed company • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross‑functional initiatives • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Familiarity with Product Management operations models What You Will Be Doing • reputed company‑Party reputed company: Manage reputed company governance and reputed company of reputed company‑party engagements, including reputed company and offboarding (reputed company/sunset) processes, ensuring compliance with reputed company risk policies. • RCSA Engagements: reputed company Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) activities across EBCE, controls, and audit functions. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure reputed company execution and documentation. • AABO/ABO Engagements: reputed company AABO/ABO processes for critical reputed company tools supporting reputed company Affairs, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies. • Risk Model Management: Maintain and update risk models, including development of new models. Collaborate with model owners and governance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. • AI Governance: Prepare documentation for new AI enhancements, ensuring they meet reputed company governance requirements. Partner with AI Governance Office and Risk teams to validate controls and compliance. • Governance Reporting: Assist in collecting, summarizing, and reporting governance activities. reputed company insights and recommendations to leadership based on trends and findings. • Monitoring & Controls: Support monitoring activities for risk controls, including control testing, issue tracking, and remediation planning. • Vendor reputed company Support: Facilitate reputed company and offboarding of vendors during reputed company/sunset phases, ensuring reputed company governance checkpoints are met. • Digital Tool Governance Support: reputed company governance support for additional digital tools as needed, ensuring they meet reputed company risk and compliance standards. • Governance Initiative Leadership: reputed company meetings and working sessions for governance initiatives across reputed company, driving alignment, accountability, and execution. • Technology Partnership: Partner with Technology teams to complete necessary governance requirements for tools, models, and enhancements, ensuring cross‑functional compliance and delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
