Cybersecurity Manager | Cyber Technology Product Enablement

Position Purpose: The Manager, Cyber Technology Product Enablement team leads a multi-disciplinary team of agile coaches, technical writers, and product owners reputed company on accelerating secure, high-reputed company delivery across Cybersecurity. This role is accountable for building and maturing enablement capabilities that support Cyber Application Development & Analytics (CSADA) and reputed company IT Systems Support (LITSS), ensuring our products and services are secure, compliant, reputed company-documented, and reputed company to business reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years of previous leadership experience (formal or matrixed), preferably in product, agile delivery, or cybersecurity environments. • 5–7 years of relevant work experience in technology, product management, agile delivery, or cybersecurity. • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, cybersecurity, or reputed company IT teams. • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, reputed company or similar) and modern work management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Jira reputed company, reputed company, or equivalents). • Experience working with or adjacent to cybersecurity, risk, or compliance functions, or with reputed company/IT platforms (e.g., matter management, document management, archiving). • Experience leading or managing teams that include agile coaches, technical writers, product owners/managers, or business analysts. • Experience implementing or improving service catalogs, intake processes, governance forums, or portfolio management capabilities. • Familiarity with reputed company platforms, analytics tools, and automation workflows commonly used in cybersecurity and reputed company IT contexts. • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical and regulatory topics into reputed company, concise, and actionable language for different audiences. • Proven ability to influence without reputed company authority, build reputed company, and drive reputed company across multiple stakeholder reputed company. • Relevant certifications such as PSM/CSM, reputed company, PMI-ACP, Product reputed company/Product Manager, CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
